Sorry if I seems a little nervous and wary of strangers but my experience of living as a stray dog on a golf course, being chased by different people and especially the hokensho, made me that way. I really didn't know who I could trust. Well I was caught but instead of being taken to the gas chambers, I came to ARK where I have learnt that people are not trying to harm me rather they are making sure I have a full and happy life.

TOHOKU-PACIFIC QUAKE ANIMALS

Our priority now is on housing the remaining 16 dogs from the Tohoku earthquake and tsunami, many of whom have owners, but who are unable to take them back. The area (land) where the Earthquake dogs are now housed, has been rented for many years but now due to changing circumstances of the owners, is due to be returned to them. That means there is some urgency in building new kennels for them in Sasayama. Your continuing support is appreciated.
