Of 4 cats rescued, these 2 have the same colouring/pattern. According to the vet they do not have any eye discharge or ear ticks and very few fleas/ticks on their bodies. They have not yet been tested for feline AIDS and feline leukemia because they are too small, but they will be tested when they are a little bigger. They were probably nursed until they were rescued but they are eating canned cat food now.

Background:

A stray cat gave birth to them in the cupboard of a house. There were apparently 6 kittens but only 4 have been rescued so far. We need to find a home for them because our dog does not get along well with cats.

TOHOKU-PACIFIC QUAKE ANIMALS

Our priority now is on housing the remaining 16 dogs from the Tohoku earthquake and tsunami, many of whom have owners, but who are unable to take them back. The area (land) where the Earthquake dogs are now housed, has been rented for many years but now due to changing circumstances of the owners, is due to be returned to them. That means there is some urgency in building new kennels for them in Sasayama. Your continuing support is appreciated.
