Sanbo was recently rescued so he is still a little wary but well-behaved. He purrs when you pet and has a sweet face. He'll jump up on your knee and rub his face against you. He is fine to spend time on his own. He has been weaned. He tested negative for feline leukemia, has been treated for fleas and has received the 4-combination vaccine.

Background:

Rescued when he cried continually in front of an apartment building. He wasn't in weak condition but he continued to stay there and cry for a long time so I rescued him. I am allergic to cats so I can't keep him. I hope to find him a loving home.

TOHOKU-PACIFIC QUAKE ANIMALS

Our priority now is on housing the remaining 16 dogs from the Tohoku earthquake and tsunami, many of whom have owners, but who are unable to take them back. The area (land) where the Earthquake dogs are now housed, has been rented for many years but now due to changing circumstances of the owners, is due to be returned to them. That means there is some urgency in building new kennels for them in Sasayama. Your continuing support is appreciated.
