ARK Adoption Event in Osaka @ GEORGE

A branch of the pet goods shop GEORGE (Japanese only) has opened in Osaka!

GEORGE is a pioneer in the pet shop industry because they do not sell animals in their shops. They are purely a pet goods shop. Tokyo ARK has made a strong connection with GEORGE by borrowing space in their Komazawa, Tokyo, shop.
Now Osaka ARK has the opportunity to hold an adoption fair in their new Osaka shop. This is a wonderful chance for us since we have not yet been able to hold an adoption fair in the area of Osaka where GEORGE is located.
Until now, the Ashiya shop has been GEORGE's only shop in the Kinki area so animal lovers have only been able to order GEORGE products through mail-order. We hope you will come and join us in the new shop for the adoption fair!

TOHOKU-PACIFIC QUAKE ANIMALS

Our priority now is on housing the remaining 16 dogs from the Tohoku earthquake and tsunami, many of whom have owners, but who are unable to take them back. The area (land) where the Earthquake dogs are now housed, has been rented for many years but now due to changing circumstances of the owners, is due to be returned to them. That means there is some urgency in building new kennels for them in Sasayama. Your continuing support is appreciated.
