Graceful, beautiful and charming indeed, Chami has all the best features of a Maine Coon. She is comfortable with her foster family's dogs and will forget about her royal status for a while to play with pussy willow. Not only are Maine Coons the perfect choice for first time cat owners, their almost canine behavior makes them an ideal choice for families used to dogs. Chami was rescued from a hoarder's home, but never misses the litter tray. She's had a hard start to life and deserves to find a happy home.

TOHOKU-PACIFIC QUAKE ANIMALS

Our priority now is on housing the remaining 16 dogs from the Tohoku earthquake and tsunami, many of whom have owners, but who are unable to take them back. The area (land) where the Earthquake dogs are now housed, has been rented for many years but now due to changing circumstances of the owners, is due to be returned to them. That means there is some urgency in building new kennels for them in Sasayama. Your continuing support is appreciated.
